Joel and Blessy Onesimus are based in Central-South India in Hanamkonda, Andhra Pradesh. Joel has an apostolic ministry covering many churches throughout India. In his hometown he has various ministries of mercy that touch many people. They have a school for disabled children and two orphanages, one of which is called the Esther Home for daughters of temple prostitutes who would be sentenced to a life of prostitution if it were not for this ministry.
